The firm has been involved in the world renowned Caster Semenya challenge against IAAF highly discriminatory regulations against elite female athletes with high testosterone levels participating in international athletics events which has been heard by the Court of Arbitration in Sport based in Lausanne, Switzerland and which matter is presently on appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal and is bound to have major ramifications on the issue of human rights in the sporting fraternity.
