Shikar Maharaj

Shikar Maharaj is an Admitted Attorney and recently appointed Director of the firm heading the Insolvency department. He has completed his LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand. He has completed Post- Graduate studies in Insolvency Law at the University of Pretoria which enables him to be appointed as a liquidator to entities in financial distress. He has also completed the Advanced Company Law course at the University of Witwatersrand. He is currently pursuing further studies in International Insolvency with INSOL International. Shikar was part of the legal team in two international arbitrations with the most recent being the Caster Semenya v IAAF appeal in Switzerland.
