The firm has successfully opposed an attempt by the erstwhile international sports consultancy firm, Octagon SA (Pty) Ltd, known as Republicom, from liquidating Athletics South Africa for an alleged consultancy debt. Not only was the indebtedness successfully disputed, but the claimant is now in provisional liquidation.
